MilliSec is a mobile diecast racing laboratory. A truck arrives, a six lane test track with calibrated sensor timing goes up, and every guest builds, tunes, and races a vehicle measured to 0.001 seconds. Professional crew and MC included. Every racer keeps the car they built.

A complete race shop, delivered and staffed.
Hundreds of diecast vehicles to choose from, staffed setup bays with tools, weights, modeling putty and a graphite station, tech inspection against spec, and a six lane test track with calibrated sensor timing.
Our crew runs the floor and an MC calls the heats. Live class leaderboards post every result, so the competition builds through the night without anyone on your team managing it.
Setup is turnkey, indoor or outdoor, and the power comes with us at no extra charge. Perfect for the park or outdoor events.

Schools and STEM programs
Grades three through eight run the engineering design cycle on the floor: baseline, hypothesis, one variable, retest. Scoring rewards improvement over a student's own measured baseline, so the struggling student stays in it.

A drop-in attraction with a champion prize structure per class and live leaderboards your sponsors can brand. The crew keeps the line moving so the room stays busy all night.
Car shows
A hands-on attraction beside the show field, sized for families walking the rows.

How a session runs
01 SHOWROOM
Pick a vehicle from hundreds on the wall and record a baseline run.
02 SETUP BAYS
Adjust weight, reduce friction at the axles, and modify the aerodynamic profile.
03 TECH
Weighed and inspected against spec before every run. Outside materials will fail Tech.
04 RACE
Six lanes, sensor timing, and a live class leaderboard that posts the result.
MilliOS
Every run is weighed, timed, logged and posted.
MilliOS is our own software. It runs the scale, the staging grid, the sensor timing and the boards on the wall. Racers watch their own numbers move all night, and your sponsors get branded displays that update on every heat.
